The concept
Designed from the roof down
The design started with the roof. Above the bed it turns to glass, so you can lie back and watch the stars. The whole villa is really about that one moment: looking up, and letting go.
Everything else follows from there. The bamboo curves down around a single room, lit from inside at night so the villa glows like a lantern.
The experience
A closed room, an open garden
The living space is cool & quiet. The ease of a hotel suite inside a bamboo villa. This isn't open-air living; it's a room made for rest, where the guadua keeps you close to the nature.
The garden is the exception. Step outside and enjoy a private open-air spa-like experience. Enclosed where you want to feel held, open where you want to feel free.
