Our Responsibility StatementReplanting Initiative
For every two 6-meter bamboo poles sold, one new bamboo plant is added. This initiative is activated as soon as a sale is completed, ensuring that every transaction contributes to both immediate and long-term positive impacts. While shipping containers of bamboo poles helps in storing CO2 over the lifespan of the treated bamboo, the real environmental impact comes from a deeper commitment. Replanting bamboo plays a critical role in carbon sequestration and land restoration. One hectare of Guadua bamboo absorbs 1,471.67 tons of CO2 over 30 years, making it one of the most effective natural carbon sinks in the world.
